He possesses an in-depth knowledge of building systems and a unique perspec ve on store planning and development. Having taught Sustainable Design and Sustainable Development at the University of Houston for more than 13 years, he also lectures for various other educa onal programs. Sco Roselius, AIA, NCARB Director of Architecture Sco has more than 27 years of architectural experience in the design, development, and construc on of a wide variety of building types, that run the gamut including shopping centers, commercial retail, charter schools, fitness centers, restaurant, food store, hospitality, and hi-rise design. Sco joined the firm in 1993 and brings an informed approach to managing the architecture division for all of HVA's offices as well as managing his Studio in the Houston office. He maintains a high standard of quality and efficiency for the en- re produc on team. Sco is NCARB cer fied and is registered in a number of states. Dallas Office Director Sr. Project Manager Robert has more than 27 years of architectural experience. His knowledge of all phases of project design and development encompasses many project types including commercial retail, fitness centers, charter schools, medical office buildings, banking, historic preserva on, custom residen al, and food stores. As Senior Project Manager, Robert manages the Dallas architectural studio while also direc ng the Dallas office as the Dallas office Director. Robert is a registered architect, NCARB cer- fied, and licensed in many states across the na on. Blake Sloan, Assoc. AIA Business Development & Design Blake is responsible for New Business Development and Client Rela ons and con nues his involvement throughout the en re development of projects. Blake brings his 30 years of project management, store planning and space-planning experience assist our clients in establishing and developing new concept design, and keeping his client's project delivery on track. Blake's in mate knowledge of food store opera ons and equipment provides a valuable specialized perspec ve to understand and meet our clients' food store, and restaurant design needs.
