Acceptance of Rules and Regulations Lease must be for a minimum of three (3) months and a maximum of one (1) year. No pets are allowed if leasing. Owners are responsible for providing their tenant(s) a copy of their association documents, rules and regulations, and all keys to property. Association is not responsible for supplying these items. You must provide a Certificate of Approval to the Martin Downs Property Owners Association in order to register your vehicle(s) and receiving bar code to gain entrance into the community. As a lessee of property in Osprey Creek, I understand that there are restrictive covenants governing the use and occupancy. I further understand that my guests, invitees and family members are obligated to adhere to the restrictive covenants which govern the community. This is regardless if I have received and or read these documents now or at a future date. Although, I will make every effort to obtain and read these Documents.
