Acceptance of Rules and Regulations Lease must be for a minimum of three (3) months and a maximum of one (1) year. No pets are allowed if leasing. Owners are responsible for providing their tenant(s) a copy of their association documents, rules and regulations, and all keys to property. Association is not responsible for supplying these items. You must provide a Certificate of Approval to the Martin Downs Property Owners Association in order to register your vehicle(s) and receiving bar code to gain entrance into the community. As a lessee of property in Osprey Creek, I understand that there are restrictive covenants governing the use and occupancy. I further understand that my guests, invitees and family members are obligated to adhere to the restrictive covenants which govern the community. This is regardless if I have received and or read these documents now or at a future date. Although, I will make every effort to obtain and read these Documents. Boats, recreational vehicles, trucks, commercial vehicles, trailers, motor homes, mobile homes must not be placed, parked or stored upon any Parcel except within a building which is totally removed from public view. I understand that Violating these restrictions will result in fines, fees and towing. NO OVERNIGHT STREET PARKING Please read the Association s Documents for full disclosure. I have received and/or read a copy of the Declaration of Covenants and I am fully aware and agree to abide by the restrictions that govern the community. If by my own choice, I have not received or read a copy, I understand that I am still restricted by the Declaration of Covenants and I agree to abide by them regardless of such circumstance.
