Bob Chapman helped organize and staff a Neighborhood Forum at the Pike Performing Arts Center in December 2007 featuring Mayor Bart Peterson. Members got their culture by listening to Simon Crookall of the Indianapolis Symphony on November 8 and Don Steffy of the Indianapolis Children s Choir on November 29.
