Staff wish to complete the process to formally dedicate a portion of the three properties as "road". B DISCUSSION: The goal of the Roads Right-of-Way Program is to have all constructed roads within the municipality dedicated for road purposes. The highlighted areas of Attachment Bare fee-simple lands of which Delta holds title. The dedication of these properties will formalize them as "road". Following Council's approval, the reference plan will be registered at the Land Title Office. The cost of doing this work relates to survey services and legal registration fees. The total cost to complete the process and have this plan registered is estimated at $5,000.
