AUDITORIUM MAXIMUM CAPACITY STANDING: 350 LECTURE: 300 BOARDROOM: 40 CABARET: 90 LOCATION GROUND FLOOR This is our largest most versatile space, capable of accommodating anything from large conferences to intimate theatrical performances, gigs, fitness groups, fairs and more. With three inbuilt projectors available, a large central screen, and an expansive PA, this room is perfect to aid presentations. This room can be hired with the Bright Now Café, situated opposite the hall to provide a very large open space. We have a range of audio visual equipment packages available for all events. HANOVER MAXIMUM CAPACITY LECTURE: 75-90 (chairs only) BOARDROOM: 40 CABARET: 45 CIRCLE: 40 LOCATION SECOND FLOOR (ACCESSIBLE VIA LIFT) This is a large, bright, airy room which is popular for conferences, classes and larger meetings. The room offers a built in projector and projection screen and wall mounted speakers, which are included free of charge.
STANMER MAXIMUM CAPACITY LECTURE: 45 BOARDROOM: 30 CIRCLE: 30 CABARET: 25 LOCATION FIRST FLOOR (ACCESSIBLE VIA LIFT) This bright, well-sized room is a very popular meeting space ideal for mid-sized meetings. This room is equipped with a built in projector, screen and soundbar.
PELHAM MAXIMUM CAPACITY LECTURE: 30 BOARDROOM: 18 CABARET: 15 CIRCLE: 20 LOCATION FIRST FLOOR (ACCESSIBLE VIA LIFT) This room is often used for focus groups or classrooms. Located on the first floor, it is a perfect break-out room for larger meetings and events. It is equipped with a projector, screen and soundbar.
CLIFTON MAXIMUM CAPACITY LECTURE: 25 BOARDROOM: 15 CIRCLE: 12 LOCATION FIRST FLOOR (ACCESSIBLE VIA LIFT) This is one of our smaller, yet most popular meeting rooms. Popularly set up in boardroom style, it can be used for small meetings, classes and interviews. It contains a good sized TV for presentations, which can be connected to a laptop and has large windows giving the room ample natural light.
CLERMONT MAXIMUM CAPACITY LECTURE: 15 BOARDROOM: 10 CIRCLE: 12 LOCATION FIRST FLOOR (ACCESSIBLE VIA LIFT) This meeting space is the smallest room in the centre and it is perfect for small meetings, interviews or counselling sessions. This room is only equipped with a white board. A mobile projector can be hired at extra cost.
ROOF ROOM MAXIMUM CAPACITY LECTURE: 18 BOARDROOM: 14 CIRCLE: 15 LOCATION FOURTH FLOOR (ACCESSIBLE VIA LIFT) This amazing room sits high and bright at the top of our building with a great view of Brighton's rooftops and the South Downs. The roof room is a little more casual than our other rooms but this makes it a very popular choice for informal meetings, auditions and interviews. It is equipped with a good sized TV for your presentation.
ACTIVITIES HALL MAXIMUM CAPACITY LECTURE: 60-100 (chairs only) BOARDROOM: 40 CABARET: 35 CIRCLE: 40 LOCATION BASEMENT (ACCESSIBLE VIA LIFT) Recently renovated, this is a very large room particularly popular with yoga, exercise and dance classes. Being in the basement, there is no natural light, but it is very well lit. Dressing rooms also available. A mobile projector can be hired at extra cost.
CAFÉ AREA MAXIMUM CAPACITY SEATED AT 11 TABLES: 50 LOCATION GROUND FLOOR Whilst our Café is open to the public daily, it may be available outside of these times for private hire. This bright and airy space provides a more informal setting for meetings, parties and get-togethers, and can also be hired in conjunction with larger events in the Auditorium and other meeting spaces. The Café can be used as an interval or pre-show bar area or as a break out space during weekend conferences.

GARDEN HIRE TIME 8AM - 5PM STALL PITCH 3m x 3m Our Garden is especially popular for the weekly Street Diner which takes place every Friday and offers various international food - including our Café's Chef's delicious "Brett's Arepas"! This wonderful outdoor space is available to hire for the whole day. You can book the entire garden or come with just one stall pitch.
