Getting in (and out) of the cottage Front door 900mm wide with wooden threshold of 20mm leads into kitchen Getting around the cottage Ground floor: On entering front door the sitting room is to left, kitchen directly in front with the bathroom off of kitchen First floor: Doorway (640mm) from sitting room leads to stairs Stairway 670mm wide with fixed handrail on left hand side which is 860 mm high 13 steps which are narrow and steep with tread 190 mm high Small narrow landing with bedrooms off and lit with a recessed LE spotlight Kitchen Page 2 of 5
