Location, Legal Description, & Zoning W.F. 1 is located on the Southeast corner of W. Dinuba Avenue and S. Hudson Avenue and continues to the East for approximately 1 mile and continues South for approximately 1 mile (please note block 7 is west of Interstate-5). To get to W.F. 1 from Interstate-5, take the W. Manning Avenue exit and head Eastbound for approximately 2 miles. Then turn right (Southbound) onto S. Hudson Avenue and continue South on S. Hudson Avenue for approximately 1 mile and the property will begin on your left-hand (East) side and will continue for approximately ¾ of a mile until you end near Interstate-5. W.F. 2 is located South of W. California Avenue and is ¾ of a mile East of N. Russell Avenue and continues East for ¼ of a mile and South for ½ of a mile. To get to W.F. 2 from Interstate-5, take the W. California Avenue exit and head Eastbound for approximately 2.2 miles.
