The subject property was included in this request. Hours of Operation: urrently, conditions require that no use be open to the public between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., except sit down restaurants which may be open until 2:00 a.m. (ase 890110 Proffered ondition 9.c). This condition resulted from negotiations with area property owners during the zoning process.
