Gehriger, Chief Executive Officer native of Switzerland, Franz provides proficiency in many facets of international real estate investment, management and finance. He graduated from the renowned Swiss usiness University of St. Gallen, and in Canada from the University of ritish Columbia. In the late 1970 s he was employed by a large Swiss bank with responsibilities in international financing and taxation. In the 1980 s he became President of Polaris Realty (Canada) Ltd. He is also a licensed real estate broker. In 1984, Mr. Gehriger founded SwissReal. Jeremy Towning, Vice President Completing his from Concordia University in Montreal, Jeremy s career was focused in sales. In 2007, his path changed into real estate acquisitions and construction for two franchise concepts in Western Canada. Having opened up over 25 franchise stores in only a few years, this led to negotiations with landlords and contractors. Jeremy started employment at SwissReal in 2012 assisting in the management of their residential property portfolio as well as leasing coordination in regards to The Exchange building. Nadja Gehriger, Vice President Nadja joined SwissReal in 2014 and is involved in the development of The Exchange building and new investments. fter graduating from UC with a achelor of Commerce, Nadja worked in London and Zurich for 14 years in the investment banking divisions of Credit Suisse and Merrill Lynch and was one of the co-founders of the European office of Qatalyst, a boutique investment bank.
