TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE March 22, 2017 Pursuant to the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale Order entered in the Maine District Court (Penobscot County) Docket No. NEWDC-RE-16-38 in the Civil Action entitled Peoples United Bank v. Gordon Pullen, for the foreclosure of a mortgage of real estate located on 3859 f/k/a 3857, Broadway, Kenduskeag, Maine, which mortgage is recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 6811, Page 298 dated August 31, 1998, which mortgage deed reference is made for a more particular description of the premises to be sold.
