Texas Open Meetings Act that the Victoria County Groundwater Conservation District Board of Directors will hold a meeting at the Dr. Pattie Dodson Health Center, 2805 N. Navarro St., Room 108, Victoria, Texas, 77901 on August 15, 2014 at 9:00AM. Agenda: 1. Call the meeting to order and welcome guests. 2. Receive public comments. 3.
