LETTER OF INTEREST NO. 2015-047 LEASE OF UNIT IN THE CITY MARINA HARBOR MASTER BUILDING 1 Avenue A Fort Pierce, FL 34950 The City of Fort Pierce is issuing a Letter of Interest for individuals, firms and legal entities interested in leasing 951 square feet of space located at 1 Avenue A, in Fort Pierce, Florida. All interested parties shall submit a Letter of Interest which includes the proposed use for the available space for lease, target date for occupation of space, and complete the Exhibit A Application to Lease Proposed Property. About the Units The subject property consists of 951 square feet of space located at 1 Avenue, with the City of Fort Marina Harbor Master Building. The subject space encompasses only a portion of the building. The building was built in 1991 and is considered to be in good condition for its age. The interior build out is considered to be good for a typical office. The 951 square foot unit contains one room, living room, kitchen, storage closets and two bathrooms, to be converted to office space and an exterior balcony. The ceiling is textured drywall, and lighting is fluorescent. Both are considered adequate. Parking is considered to be sufficient and convenient, either on the street parking spaces or parking lot. However, parking is not allowed in front of the Harbor Master Building. The access to and from the subject property is from Avenue A. The City is seeking a two (2) year lease with five (5)- one (1) year renewal options or cancel by either party. The rental fees exclude utilities and preferred lessor is an onsite, existing, or marine related tenant.
