10. What outcome would you like to see from this redevelopment? I would like to see a walkable urban area. More dining and park space. P.S. You will have amazing rooftop views take advantage. Restaurants with rooftop bar? Event space? Concern of traffic and frontage on Dresden and at North Druid Hills. A proposal on how traffic will be fixed in an already congested area. More greenspace, less housing: apartments/condos. Be sure to have ample parking! As long as traffic issues can be addressed and the redevelopment benefits the community (restaurants, green space, library), I would support it. Can t wait!! (Unless it s an eyesore full of bland chain retail/restaurants In which case everyone will be majorly disappointed). Improve the station itself. This project is nothing more than a revenue source for MARTA. The neighbors have been very vocal in their opposition to this project. What part of NO! do you not get. Better use of surface parking lot new library, green space, new retail, limited new residential preferably townhouses/condos vs apartments. More places to eat and shop, more upscale housing with less units. I want this project dramatically scaled down. I chose to live in Brookhaven because of its suburban environment, and I have absolutely no desire to urbanize the area as proposed in this development. The sooner the better! I would like to see the plan scrapped. Increase economic impact for Brookhaven. Less apartment and density. Safer amenities and better use of the area. Maybe if you develop half now and half later it would be more acceptable. My main concern is that the county waste and water systems will be over burdened. Walkability/cycling and better services to the community.
