4. Select three elements of development you'd like to see in your community. Implementation of a more pedestrain-friendly environment (walkability) 373 Creation of new public open space and greenspace for the community 322 Establishment of improved transportation options (i.e. trains, buses, bicycles, cars) Creation of a more urban environment with a mix of uses 176 211 Provision of new amenities and services in the community 176 Positive economic impact on the City of Brookhaven 150 Overall design of the project 119 None 52 0 50 100 150 200 250 300 350 400 Number of Responses

5. Select three uses that are most important to you. Open Space/Greenspace Neighborhood Serving Retail/Restaurants 398 422 Parking 228 Library 186 Live/Work 123 Other 74 Condominiums Apartments Office Senior Housing 43 35 34 17 0 50 100 150 200 250 300 350 400 450 Number of Responses

6. What are you most concerned about? 60% 50% 40% 30% 54% 20% 10% 0% Increased vehicular traffic 14% Density (i.e. sq ft; number of res. units) 11% I have no concerns about the development 7% 6% Apartments Public safety and security 4% 3% Impact on environment Impact on City of Brookhaven's resources 1% Scale of development (i.e. height)

7. Are you supportive of the library being included in the development? 16% 84% Yes No 8. How important would it be to redevelop MARTA's surface parking lots? 24% 23% 26% 27% Extremely important Important Somewhat important Not important 9. Are you supportive of this project as currently proposed? 47% 53% Yes No

10. What outcome would you like to see from this redevelopment? I would like to see a walkable urban area. More dining and park space. P.S. You will have amazing rooftop views take advantage. Restaurants with rooftop bar? Event space? Concern of traffic and frontage on Dresden and at North Druid Hills. A proposal on how traffic will be fixed in an already congested area. More greenspace, less housing: apartments/condos. Be sure to have ample parking! As long as traffic issues can be addressed and the redevelopment benefits the community (restaurants, green space, library), I would support it. Can t wait!! (Unless it s an eyesore full of bland chain retail/restaurants In which case everyone will be majorly disappointed). Improve the station itself. This project is nothing more than a revenue source for MARTA. The neighbors have been very vocal in their opposition to this project. What part of NO! do you not get. Better use of surface parking lot new library, green space, new retail, limited new residential preferably townhouses/condos vs apartments. More places to eat and shop, more upscale housing with less units. I want this project dramatically scaled down. I chose to live in Brookhaven because of its suburban environment, and I have absolutely no desire to urbanize the area as proposed in this development. The sooner the better! I would like to see the plan scrapped. Increase economic impact for Brookhaven. Less apartment and density. Safer amenities and better use of the area. Maybe if you develop half now and half later it would be more acceptable. My main concern is that the county waste and water systems will be over burdened. Walkability/cycling and better services to the community.
