GETTING STARTED Getting started is easy. Once you have your floor plan in mind you will make an appointment to sit down with the builder and have all of your questions answered and any changes to the plans addressed. We will then have a series of meetings until you are 100% satisfied with your plan! Those plans will then be sent to the architect to be drawn up! Once you sign off on the finalized plans they will be sent to the engineer to be blue printed. They then go to the Town of Davidson to be approved for the building permit. We will sign a building contract and take a down payment. Once received we are ready to start your perfect customized home! Build time is approximately 6-7 months after permit received. Building times may be delayed due to weather conditions & holidays.
