Once you choose a puppy it s removed from the AVAILABLE list and buyers may not choose this pup. Valuable time is lost in advertising and additional expenses incurred in food, shots and housing as a new buyer is located. If you change pups, one replaces another so deposit changes to another pup, and all stays even. In rare cases we may have someone as back up for your pup and be able to refund your deposit, but this is rare. Please make sure you are sure before placing a deposit on your new pup! This puppy/dog is of typical temperament and structure, and embodies the basic standards of the Cane Corso breed. The pedigree furnished is correct. AKC Litter Registration papers will be filled out and forwarded to the AKC. After the sale is complete, individual puppy registration papers will be forwarded to the Buyer when they have been returned by the AKC. The registration is full: limited:. Puppies sold on limited registration may not be shown in AKC conformation shows or bred. The Buyer s understanding and acceptance of this condition is signified here by his/her Initials: Date: The purchase price of this puppy/dog will be refunded if the Buyer furnishes the Seller with a veterinary certificate indicating that the puppy/dog is unwell or unsound, and returns the puppy/dog to the Seller within 72 hrs. of delivery. No veterinary or shipping costs will be reimbursed by the Seller. Storm Front s primary goal is to breed a healthy, stable and confident Cane Corso but does acknowledge that certain health issues are possible within the Cane Corso breed. Seller agrees to offer a 2-year Health Warranty for the following conditions: Hip or Elbow Dysplasia (non-injury related), Cancer of any type, Epilepsy, Congenital Heart Conditions or Generalized Demodex,that requires oral immunosuppressant s to resolve. Puppy/Dog is warranted for 2yrs against overly aggressive or overly fearful behavior providing proof of two levels of obedience training or proof of equivalent socialization is completed prior to the age of 12mos old. Cherry Eye, Entropion and Ectropion are common conditions with all Mollosser breeds and are not covered by our guarantee. Conditions not listed above will be discussed and determined between Seller and Buyer. Warranty is only for a replacement puppy or refund of purchase price and will be determined on a case by case basis by the Seller. Seller is not responsible for any costs incurred to diagnose or treat conditions listed above. Initials: Date: The puppy/dog s sire and dam are both certified as having fair or better hip scores. The puppy/dog is expected to be free of hereditary crippling hip dysplasia, however, no guarantee of such is or can be made, or intended herein. If puppy does not receive fair or better scores through OFA or 3

Pennhip at two years of age, puppy is considered dysplastic and will be replaced. Initials: Date: The puppy/dog is healthy at the time of sale and has had the immunizations enumerated in the attached health record. Seller strongly advises Buyer to limit certain physical behaviors of purchased puppy until 10 months of age. They are as follows: excessive jogging, jumping down from a height of more than 18 inches, any physical activity that could damage developing skeletal structure. If at any time the Buyer is unable to keep or care for the puppy/dog, Seller must be notified prior to rehoming the puppy/ dog. Seller reserves the option of requiring puppy/dog to be returned to Seller or giving written approval to Buyer to rehome puppy/dog to an approved home, with first right to rehome being given to Seller. Should puppy/dog be Conformation, Schutzhund or Personal Protection titled Seller reserves first right to purchase puppy/dog back. Buyer and Seller will agree on a qualified evaluator to assess a current market value (to be determined by unbiased individual) and negotiate on a purchase price back to Seller based on fair market value. The puppy/dog may not be transferred or sold by the Buyer without prior written authorization and approval of new Buyer from the Seller. The Buyer s understanding and acceptance of this condition is signified here by his/her Initials: Date: The Seller will endeavor to place any returned puppy/dog as advantageously as possible. If a purchase price is obtained for rehoming the puppy/dog, it will be refunded to the original Buyer, less any costs of placement and kennel fees during interim. If the puppy/dog is placed free of charge, no money will be returned to the original Buyer. No veterinary or other costs of keeping the puppy/dog, or any other costs incurred by the Buyer resulting from his/her ownership of the puppy/dog, will be paid by the Seller to the original Buyer of the puppy/dog under any circumstances. Seller agrees that this puppy will be possessing necessary traits to be successful in a performance environment. If puppy does not show desired traits by 16 months old, Seller agrees to replace puppy with an appropriate comparable puppy from Seller s next litter. Seller reserves the right to offer 4

training prior to replacing puppy. (This Applies to purchase of Show or Working Quality Puppy as indicated on Page 1.) Seller agrees to provide advice and information on working, showing and grooming to the best of her ability, to help the Buyer of a show or performance potential puppy/dog to present the puppy/dog to its best potential. If the Seller determines by any means that the puppy/dog is not being suitably cared for or that it has been mentally or physically mistreated, Seller has the right to take full possession of the dog and its properly signed AKC transfer papers/ registration, without compensation. An unfit environment for the puppy/dog will be determined by Seller s interpretations of the laws of the County the puppy/dog is residing in as well as the body of Storm Front s Puppy Contract. Buyer will be given 30-days by Certified Mail to provide Seller of Veterinary documentation to dispute Seller s claims. After which puppy will become property of Storm Front Cane Corso. Under such circumstances, all warranties are then VOID. No other opinion supersedes that of the Seller(s) (Michelle Jackson and or Terry Hart) No other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are made under this contract except as stated above. Buyer acknowledges that he/she is purchasing a Cane Corso from Storm Front Cane Corso. Buyer acknowledges that he/ she has researched the Cane Corso breed and is aware that the Cane Corso is a defensive, dominant breed that requires lots of socialization and obedience training to become a happy, well-behaved family member. Buyer agrees not to hold Seller responsible for any liability or cost incurred due to damages property or physical caused by his/her Cane Corso Initials: Date: Buyer agrees that if at any time, and for any reason, he/she is unable to keep or properly care for the puppy/dog, it shall be returned to the Seller and to no one else. The Buyer s understanding and acceptance of this condition is signified here by his/her Initials: Date: Buyer acknowledges that the purchase of a Storm Front Cane Corso is a lifelong relationship with Seller and agrees to do his/her part to ensure that his/her puppy becomes a positive addition to the Corso community by keeping puppy healthy and heartworm free, socializing puppy and not allowing puppy to free roam. Buyer agrees to maintain the puppy/dog s health with monthly heartworm prevention and yearly vaccinations as specified by their veterinarian. Buyer agrees to maintain the yearly fee with Home Again for their services to maintain both micro chip services witch Buyer s correct address and contact information as long as the puppy/dog is alive. Buyer shall contact Seller with 6

microchip number. Home Again Chip #: Should the puppy/dog become ill or unsound, all costs of treatment will be the responsibility of the Buyer. The Buyer agrees to keep the puppy/dog in appropriate lean weight so as to maximize the puppy/dog s soundness and longevity. The Buyer recognizes the need to feed a high quality dog food. recommends Purina One Sport 30/20 (No Puppy Food) Seller The Buyer agrees to SOCIALIZE, train and keep the puppy/dog in a manner acceptable to the Seller. Initials: Date: Buyer agrees not to allow puppy/dog to be used in any illegal activates or in any breeding to dogs of another type of breed or to Cane Corso of inferior quality. The Buyer agrees to allow the Seller access to the puppy/dog and to the premises where it is kept within 24hrs of verbal or written request, to evaluate the conditions therein. Buyer of both pet and show/breeding puppies shall obtain OFA or Pennhip certification as soon as possible after the puppy/ dog reaches 24 months of age. This will help us to continue to provide the healthiest, happiest, and soundest pets possible. Buyer agrees not to sue Seller and to pay any and all court /attorney s fees incurred by the Seller should any suit be brought against the Seller in regard 7

to this puppy/dog by any person. Buyer signifies acceptance of this condition by initialing here. Buyer acknowledges that special coat care, conditioning, training and feeding are necessary to produce a competitive (Breed) in conformation and performance events. This care and training is acknowledged by the Buyer to be his/her responsibility. Buyer agrees to protect puppy for the remainder of its life from mating with any other breed or mixed-breed other than a Cane Corso of equal health and appearance. If Buyer s Cane Corso should impregnate or become pregnant by any other breed, Buyer agrees to take whatever necessary means to ensure litter is aborted or euthanized at birth. If Buyer fails to adhere to this agreement, Buyer understands that Seller will take necessary means to seize produced litter and Buyer will immediately forfeit the Cane Corso purchased from Storm Front and any mixed breed offspring whelped or sired by the Storm Front Dog. Buyer will be responsible for any legal fees incurred from the contract violating mating. Buyer agrees to make this male Cane Corso available to the Seller for breeding at no cost once after 15 months old. Buyer agrees not to castrate this male puppy/dog without the prior written approval of Seller, prior to fulfilling breeding agreement with Seller. Should buyer relocate prior to Seller obtaining breeding, Buyer agrees to be responsible for the cost of having semen collected at Seller's Veterinarian prior to relocation. Buyer agrees to consult the Seller over any and all matters dealing with the reproductive system of this breed quality female. This bitch may not be spayed, even for medical reasons, prior to consulting a suitable canine reproductive veterinarian and without the prior written approval of Seller. 8
