LOCATION The 3new stadium Complex is envisioned and designed as a building of services of community interest, dedicated mainly to soccer. The nearby University underscores the idea that this is part of the city for education, sports, culture, entertainment, and hospitality, bringing together the city in activities that support community life.
CONCEPT 4On the two short sides of the stadium, two large public squares will be built, made possible by the space freed by eliminating some curves and the running track. This lets the spectators be closer to the playing field and gives large outside spaces, now used by the stadium, back to the community.the outline plan of the stadium creates a special shape with several sides (a multifaceted rectangle creating eight sides), so that each side accesses separate functions. Each side of the shape accommodates different uses, separating users of the private areas, such as the office tower and hotel, and the stadium spectators. T he building s perimeter is topped by the overhang of a structure above it; the smaller footprint lets a large arcade be built so the public can safely and properly circulate in the building sheltered from rain.
