The Crane will consist of 298 Units of Luxury Independent Living Apartments. The Crane is being constructed on 1.5 Acres overlooking Cranes Roost Park in the heart of Uptown Altamonte surrounding Cranes Roost Lake. Uptown Altamonte is a destination offering an enviable collection of places to eat, shop and be entertained. In true downtown fashion, Uptown Altamonte features pedestrian-friendly streets and uniquely crafted walkways lined with specialty shops and eateries, as well as recognizable retail and grocery favorites such as Whole Foods and Total Wines. The Luxury Independent Living Apartments (all overlooking Cranes Roost Lake) will be located in two towers with apartments located on the 2nd through the 9th floors in both the East and West towers, and on the 11th-16th floors in the West tower. The 10th floors are joined and will have a large commercial kitchen, an expansive formal dining room with an outdoor terrace and attendant cocktail lounge and bar. It will have a private dining room, a casual dining bistro, a large living room and library, a business center, a full gym, fitness classroom and spa, a heated outdoor pool and expansive pool deck, and a separate heavily landscaped garden terrace with pergolas and fire pits. Additionally, card rooms, game rooms and outdoor dining terraces are in both towers. Complimentary valet parking is available along with concierge services.
