Recording of buildings before 1994 LAND CADASTER Recorded part of the parcel - the outline of the building (about 50% of all buildings registered). Part of the parcel is poorly maintained as parcels. The properties of the building were not recorded. LAND REGISTER The owner of the parcel was the owner of the building. In the case of a multi-dwelling building, land ownership was recorded on the land register An independent record of house numbers has been established.

Use of building cadastre data Data are now regularly maintained in the building cadaster and real estate registers. New data, such as an energy certificate, broadband internet data, etc., are linked to the data of the building cadastre. Data on real estate values are used for banking purposes, for determining the amount of social benefits, etc. Public acces to real estate data The Real Estate Taxation Act has not yet been adopted.

Bad practices Among the data of the real estate register, there were many unnecessary attributes for the building and building units (such as type of heating, air conditioning, cable TV, foundation, type of floor and wall coverings, insulation...). There are many different ways of maintaining data on buildings and parts of buildings due to cadastral and registry data and the change of legislation (up to 2000, between 2000 and 2006 and after 2006). Several different databases, data fragmentation, separate maintenance of the land cadastre, building cadastre and real estate register.
Planned changes building cadaster The registry and cadastral data of the buildings will be in a unique database of real estate cadaster. Eliminate unnecessary attributes. Complement the data model by recording atriums, floor plans, servitude rights. Extension of geometric data model in 2.5 D. A common process of maintaining a property (parcels, buildings, house numbers,...). Geodetic operators will be enabled to independently control and submit the report in the central system - a single system for SMA and geodetic companies.
Connection with building information monitoring systems and warning system A connection will be established for new building construction: PARCEL - BUILDING PARCEL - BUILDING PERMIT - BUILDING In the framework of the issuing of building permits, a building parcel (also in the land cadastre) will be defined. Connection will be established: PARCEL - BUILDING PARCEL BUILDING PERMIT. After the building is registered, the building will be linked to the building permit (BUILDING PERMIT BUILDING). A "warning system" is established, which, on the basis of remote sensing, detects not recorded or incompatible buildings".
