Erf 246 Erf 200 Mrs L. Van Jaarsveld Van der Bergh None Will the development include a shopping centre? The development will pay a development contribution towards upgrading both sewerage and water, the unconfirmed contribution at this stage is between R10 000 and R16 000 per erf. A shopping centre is not part of the development. Will the houses be cheap, aimed at low income households? Does the developer intend selling only plots or houses too? The developer does not intend building low-cost housing, but affordable quality homes which will sell between R750 000 and R950 000 each. At this stage the developer intends building the houses for sale. Requests that the Municipality connect Rawsonville to the Stetynskloof pipeline in order to improve water supply. When will the development commence with building? Noted. If all processes go well and the relevant authorisations are obtained it is hoped to commence building in 2007 How wide are the roads? The internal roads will have a minimum width of 5.5m and be accommodated within a road reserve of 13m. Cabriere Estate BAR E12/2/3/1-B2/22-0201/06 Appendix E: 19 / 19
