By planning for their later years now, our residents can live their life to the fullest without worry. Our residents live here knowing that, as a Life Plan Community, they ll have everything they need for the rest of their lives. This is all made possible by The Huntington at Nashua staff, a group of bright, engaging people dedicated to making that experience a reality. Life Care Our comprehensive Life Care contract is a one-time, per-person fee at entry that ensures you unlimited use of our onsite assisted living and nursing facilities if needed in the future. The only additional charge is the cost of two meals per day, which is a significant savings over typical fees at an assisted living facility or nursing home. AT YOUR LEISURE Be well, age well. Our residents enjoy the fitness center where they can work out on their own, or in an indoor or outdoor group class with our full-time personal trainer. Stay limber and sharp with aerobics, swimming, and so much more. In our wellness center, residents can participate in a variety of clinics and programs. Meet with a local podiatrist or a massage therapist, or stop by for a blood pressure clinic. Take advantage of only having to walk down the hall for your flu shot! Healthy, tasty dining options. Our own chefs and experienced, professional culinary staff create daily dishes that are delicious, healthy and made with the finest, freshest ingredients, including seafood from the nearby Atlantic Ocean! Classic, traditional and homestyle meals are available, as well as ethnic cuisine. There s something for every palate, all complemented by a full salad bar and fresh soups, homemade daily. The Huntington at Nashua also has a licensed dietitian on staff to help you identify heart-healthy choices and help you choose when the time is right to treat yourself with a sundae from the ice-cream shop. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served, and you can enjoy them with friends and family in the formal dining room or our casual bistro. Our independent living campus is conveniently located in Southern New Hampshire, centrally located near many major routes and highways. Our residents often enjoy trips around the region. Boston is just an hour south, and it s an easy drive north to the White Mountain region. To the west are a succession of rustic, New England village towns, and east are the beaches of New Hampshire s Seacoast along the Atlantic Ocean. Heading Southbound in New Hampshire on Route 3 (Everett Turnpike): Take Exit 1, Spit Brook Road, turn right at bottom of ramp and stay in right lane. Stay on Spit Brook Road for about a mile. When you come to World Academy school on your right, turn into the driveway just past the school this is Kent Lane. Follow the signs to the Main Entrance, and park in the visitor parking in the front. Please don t park in the numbered spots as these are assigned to residents.
