Western Ave. APN 6036-017-004 Dear City Council, I firmly object to the Hearing re: Recordation of Lein for the above referenced Property. I did some electrical work at the property in 2011. I did obtain a permit for all work performed. I am enclosing a copy of the permit for your review. Permit was finaled on 8/11/11.1 have not nor did I ever perform additional work at subject property with the exception of exterior painting and some interior floor replacement. I did not receive an order requiring permits for these repairs. I had a conversation with Chief Inspector Mr. Fultz on this matter approximately 2-3 years ago. I was informed at that time that this matter would be dismissed as there was no specific information as to the type of work that was supposedly being performed without a permit. My electrical permit had been properly issued and finaled in a timely manner. The order was issued by Inspector Garth. He at no time indicated to me during any electrical inspections he performed that there were any additional issues at the property. He never asked for additional permits for anything. I see no reason why this case should be pursued at this time. And all fees and charges should be reversed. I will forward a copy of this letter the Mr. Fultz also. It should be noted I have left not less than 2 voice messages for Mr. Fultz but have not received a return call. I hope to have this issue resolved prior to the hearing. The property owner and all interested parties referenced in the attached list (Exhibit B ) are hereby given notice that the City Council will consider the Department s report on the code enforcement costs referenced above and decide whether to approve the proposed lien.
