A note from our General Manager CDC is committed to partnering with PTV to deliver an integrated new bus network for the Greater City of. To assist you in comminucating the changes and the benefits of the new bus network, please carry this guidebook with you at all times so you can refer to the new changes and services when asked by a customer. If you unsure about any questions, please refer customers to the CDC Victoria website www.cdcvictoria.com.au or the PTV customer line at 800 800 007 where PTV Customer Service staff will be able to answer more delicate or detailed questions. If you have any queries regarding the st June 5 changes to the bus network including routes, timetables and rosters, please s to your Service Delivery Manager (SDM) or your Operations Supervisor (OS) asap.
