ROLL CALL: Present Keith Allen, Alan Jaques, Doug Finn, Scott Luostari, Joseph Moen. Others present Mark Liebaert, Brad Theien, Jim Caesar, Susan Sandvick, Cheryl Westman, Committee Clerk. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Motion by Jaques, second Luostari, to approve the August 28 and October 30, 2018, meetings. Correction to August 28, 2018, minutes to add Scott Luostari and Mark Liebaert in attendance. Motion carried. ACTION ITEMS/REFERRALS: LAND SALES: PARCEL 29-18: The West 65 of Lots 5 and 6, Block 1, Isaac Bernherimers Subdivision of Diagram Lot 88, City of Superior. $13,700.00 from Ken Reed; and $6,750.00 from Rodney Nelson. PARCEL 32-18: Various lots located in Riverside Addition to South Superior, South Superior Webster Division, City of Superior and World s Fair Division of South Superior, Town of Superior. No bids received. ACTION (RESOLUTION): Motion by Jaques, second Moen, to approve the high bid for Parcel 29-18, and forward to County Board. Motion carried unanimously. Land Bid Referral from County Board on Parcel 28-18: Bid amount not acceptable. Reappraise, with county-owned property adjoining parcel. ACTION: Motion by Finn, second Jaques, to reject bid on Parcel 28-18. Motion carried Village of Oliver Request to Acquire County MOU Parcels: Village interested in county purchase price for parcels. ACTION: Motion by Luostari, second Moen, to utilize parcel pricing per the MOU agreement. Motion carried.
