ROLL CALL: Present Keith Allen, Alan Jaques, Doug Finn, Scott Luostari, Joseph Moen. Others present Mark Liebaert, Brad Theien, Jim Caesar, Susan Sandvick, Cheryl Westman, Committee Clerk. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Motion by Jaques, second Luostari, to approve the August 28 and October 30, 2018, meetings. Correction to August 28, 2018, minutes to add Scott Luostari and Mark Liebaert in attendance. Motion carried. ACTION ITEMS/REFERRALS: LAND SALES: PARCEL 29-18: The West 65 of Lots 5 and 6, Block 1, Isaac Bernherimers Subdivision of Diagram Lot 88, City of Superior. $13,700.00 from Ken Reed; and $6,750.00 from Rodney Nelson. ACTION: Motion by Luostari, second Moen, to utilize parcel pricing per the MOU agreement. Motion carried.
