The purpose of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment is to permit seven (7) residential units consisting of six (6) semi-detached dwellings and one (1) single detached dwelling. The application seeks to change the Low Density Residential Six Exception R6 (2) Zone to Low Density Residential Six Exception R6 Exception Zone. Lands Containing Seven (7) or More Residential Units: A copy of this notice must be posted by the owner of any land that contains seven (7) or more residential units in a location that is visible to all of the residents.
