The 202 in a few words The 202 is a magnificent modern event space with an area of 900 m2, housed in a New York-style former industrial building. It is very easily reachable, due to its location in the heart of Brussels, a stone's throw from Avenue Louise, Boulevard Général Jacques, and the Ixelles ponds. It consists of 5 splendid modular spaces: Welcome area, Atrium, Daylight, Mezzanine, Blackbox. This offers a vast range of possibilities and is suited equally well for events ranging from 20 to 200 people. All is easily adaptable depending on guest numbers, needs and budget. The 202 is an interactive venue which is perfectly suited for organising your events such as: conferences, meetings, product launches, workshops, seminars, team building, incentives, cinema projections, cocktails, dining, walking dinners, corporate events, exhibitions, photo and video shoots, film productions,... The studio is also an ideal place if you are planning photo, film or video shootings. Its sleek, minimalist look combined with its impressive daylight will enable you to create various moods which will bring a touch of magic and originality to your productions. Atrium 105 m 2 Situated on the ground floor, the Atrium is a large hall with sleek walls. Daylight can be subdued on request. In addition, it is connected to the welcome area and the Blackbox via large sliding doors. It has a picture rail system for exhibiting works of art. Blackbox 160 m 2 The Blackbox, situated on the ground floor, differs from the other rooms, due to its darker ambiance and its soundproof effect. The walls and ceilings are black. It is also connected to the Atrium via a large sliding door. This area includes a Hair and Make-Up zone. Daylight 160 m 2 Situated on the first floor, the Daylight room is a space bathed in natural light, which can be completely screened out electrically. It connects with the Mezzanine through two large sliding doors, allowing visual contact with this area and the Atrium. This area has a Hair & Make-up zone. It is 20 minutes from Brussels Airport at Zaventem and 15 minutes from the Gare du Midi Thalys/TGV/Eurostar. Trams: from Montgomery : 25-7, nearest stop is Buyl or Roffiaen, or coming from Avenue Louise : 94, nearest stop is Buyl. Buses: from place Flagey or Gare Centrale No. 71, nearest stop Geo Bernier. Parking solution Currently, we can offer you the following 3 solutions: 3 spaces in the inner courtyard of the 202 + a loading and unloading area for your suppliers (vans). Possibility to book parking spaces in our street via the town of Ixelles from 202 to 204 (10m), from 208 to 210 (20m) and from 210A to 214 (15m). For daytime events on weekdays only, we organise shuttle services from 2 locations : 1. From the outer car park of the former Etterbeek barracks at Avenue de la Force Aérienne which is 1.6 kms away. We reserve the spots from the local authority of Etterbeek, and 2 parking attendants will be on site to ensure security. 2. From the Flagey car park in Ixelles, 1.1 km away. We reserve these spaces from Vinci Park and 1 parking attendant will be on hand to oversee arrivals and departures. For events after 18.00 hrs. and during weekends and school holidays : We hire the car park of the Ecole Saint Philippe school 100 metres away (80 spaces) with whom we have an agreement.
