Natinal Assciatin f REALTORS (NAR) Cde f Ethics Training Requirement Due by December 31, 2018 REALTORS are required t cmplete Cde f Ethics training f nt less than 2 hurs, 30 minutes f instructinal time within tw-year cycles. The NAR new tw-year cycle is December 31, 2018 (this requirement was frmerly n a fur year cycle). Everyne except Emeritus Status Members must cmplete the Cde f Ethics training nce every tw years n matter when yu received yur real estate license. Emeritus Status Members still need t cmplete the Ohi Cann f Ethics. If yu attended the April 6, 2017 Ethics Class (included bth Ohi and NAR Ethics) instructed by Larry Schttenstein, yu have fulfilled this requirement.
