The Governmen Priner will assume no liabiliy in respec of (1) any delay in he publicaion of a noice or publicaion of such noice on any dae oher han ha sipulaed by he adveriser; (2) erroneous classificaion of a noice, or he placemen of such noice in any secion or under any heading oher han he secion or heading sipulaed by he adveriser; (3) any ediing, revision, omission, ypographical errors or errors resuling from fain or indisinc copy. LIABILITY OF ADVERTISER 5. Adverisers will be held liable for any compensaion and coss arising from any acion which may be insiued agains he Governmen Priner in consequence of he publicaion of any noice. COPY 6. Please noe: Prospecive adverisers are urgenly requesed o clearly indicae under which headings heir adverisemens or noices should be insered in order o preven such noices/adverisemens from being wrongly placed. Wih effec from 1 JANUARY 2001 no noice will be acceped for publicaion unless he cos of he inserion(s) is prepaid in CASH or by BANK GUARANTEED CHEQUE or POSTAL ORDERS. REVENUE STAMPS AND FRANKED REVENUE STAMPS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 10. In he even of underpaymens, he difference will be recovered from he adveriser, and he noice(s) will no be published unil such ime as he full cos of such publicaion has been duly paid in cash or by bank-guaraneed cheque or posal orders. 12. In he even of a noice being cancelled, a refund will be made only if no cos regarding he placing of he noice has been incurred by he Governmen Prining Works. 13.
