1 EC2018-1 EXECUTIVE COUNCIL ACT MINISTER OF HEALTH AND WELLNESS AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT (IMMUNIZATION PARTNERSHIP FUND AMENDED CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT) WITH PUBLIC HEALTH AGENCY OF CANADA Pursuant to clause 10(a) of the Executive Council Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. E-12 Council authorized the Minister of Health and Wellness to enter into an amended agreement with the Public Health Agency of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Health, for additional funding to support the Enhanced Adult Immunization Coverage Program for FY2017-2018, such as more particularly described in the draft agreement. EC2018-2 FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT AUTHORIZATION FOR TEMPORARY BORROWING Pursuant to section 46 of the Financial Administration Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. F-9 Council authorized the Minister of Finance to borrow a maximum of twenty million dollars ($20,000,000.00) from the Royal Bank of Canada, Charlottetown, by way of an overdraft on the government general account for the period 31 December 2017 through 31 December 2018. EC2018-3 ISLAND INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT ACT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE REGULATIONS STAMPER INC. AUTHORIZATION Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Island Investment Development Act Financial Assistance Regulations (EC2005-686), Council authorized Island Investment Development Inc. to advance a five-year term loan in the amount of six million, four hundred and eighty thousand dollars ($6,480,000.00) to Stamper Inc., for the purchase of the Welsh Owen Building on Queen Street on terms and conditions satisfactory to the Board of Directors of Island Investment Development Inc. Order-in-Council EC2013-572 dated August 6, 2013 is hereby rescinded.

(TO RESCIND) Council, having under consideration Order-in-Council EC2014-64 of February 4, 2014, rescinded the said Order forthwith, thus rescinding permission for Atlantic Roasted Products Inc. of Montague, Prince Edward Island to acquire a land holding of approximately fifty-three decimal four seven (53.47) acres of land in Lot 52, Kings County, Province of Prince Edward Island, being acquired from Jayne Ings of Montague, Prince Edward Island. 5 EC2018-13 D & W RENTAL HOLDINGS INC. Pursuant to section 5 of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. L-5 Council granted permission to D & W Rental Holdings Inc. of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island to acquire a land holding of approximately zero decimal nine five (0.95) of an acre of land at Mermaid, Lot 48, Queens County, Province of Prince Edward Island, being acquired from Bernard MacPhee of Souris, Prince Edward Island. EC2018-14 PRESTON MURPHY TRUCKING & LOADING INC. Pursuant to section 5 and section 9 of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. L-5 Council granted permission to Preston Murphy Trucking & Loading Inc. of Elmsdale, Prince Edward Island to acquire a land holding of approximately fifty (50) acres of land at Woodstock, Lot 5, Prince County, Province of Prince Edward Island, being acquired from Wallace Family Farm Limited of O Leary, Prince Edward Island SUBJECT TO the condition that the approximately twenty (20) acre portion of the parcel that comprises a shale pit not be subdivided and identification for non-development use pursuant to the Land Identification Regulations (EC606/95) made under the said Act shall apply to the balance of the parcel, being approximately thirty (30) acres in size. The condition preventing subdivision shall be binding on the said Preston Murphy Trucking & Loading Inc. and on all successors in title.

6 EC2018-15 PROPERTY NO. 159228, LOT 51, KINGS COUNTY IDENTIFICATION FOR NON-DEVELOPMENT USE AMENDMENT Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. L-5, Council amended the condition of non-development use made pursuant to section 2 of the Land Identification Regulations (EC606/95) in respect of approximately forty-six (46) acres of land, being Provincial Property No. 159228 located at Summerville, Lot 51, Kings County, Prince Edward Island and currently owned by Middelkamp Agro B.V. of Alberry Plains, Prince Edward Island. Council noted that this amendment will enable subdivision of a parcel of land of approximately one decimal six five (1.65) of an acre for residential use SUBJECT TO the subdivided parcel being consolidated with the adjacent Provincial Property No. 650507 concurrently at the time of the subdivision. Further, Council determined that following subdivision, identification for nondevelopment use shall continue to apply to the remaining land. This Order-in-Council comes into force on January 9, 2018.
