6Roadway Closures / Limited Access Sunday, October 28 th, 2018 Multiple Road Closures in City Please be aware that numerous road closures will be in place on Sunday, October 28th between the hours of 3:30 AM and 6:00 PM due to the annual running of the. Please plan accordingly. In the event of a medical emergency, dial 911. An emergency evacuation plan is in place. The following road closures will be in effect in the City area: 3:30 AM to 6:00 PM: Route 110 from I-66 to Route 1 3:30 AM to 4:30 PM: Boundary Channel from Route 110 to Long Bridge 5:00 AM to 4:30 PM: South Eads from South Rotary Road to Army Navy 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM: Army Navy from to 12 th 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM: Long Bridge from 12 th to Boundary Channel 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM: 10 th S., 6 th S., and S.
