Stephan s diverse experience contributes to his overall understanding of various building systems and engineering techniques which assists in cost effective quality designed projects. His education includes both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A & M University and he is currently in the process of obtaining his MBA for Texas A & M University. Brock L. Shepard, P.E. - Principal/Owner Brock has a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management technology from the University of Houston and a Master of Science degree in civil engineering from Norwich University.
