The Holocaust Museum, Houston, Texas The museum is the fourth largest Holocaust memorial museum in the United States. Construction is tilt-wall, steel and hallow core plank construction. Fort Bend County EMS, Rosenberg, Texas A 14,000 SF pre-engineered metal building with brick exterior. This building was designed for 130 mph winds. Designed to withstand Hurricane winds. Fort Bend County Training Academy, Richmond, Texas A two-story steel frame office/classroom building with approximately 48,000 SF. Fort Bend County Jail, Richmond, Texas Mid-rise county jail (9 stories) that has approximately 213,000 GSF. The projects structural system is a cast in place concrete frame. Office of Emergency Management Building Addition, Richmond, Texas - A small addition to the Office of Emergency Management for Fort Bend County. Construction is steel frame with steel bar joist roof and metal stud exterior walls. Fort Bend County Library Administration Building Fort Bend County, Texas - A 16,000 GSF steel frame two story administrative facility for the Fort Bend County Library staff. Fort Bend County Precinct Three, Richmond, Texas 29,439 SF office building used by Fort Bend County. The buildings structural system has 1) steel stud walls with light gauge steel trusses for the roof system 2) an elevator shaft 3) steel bar joist/concrete deck for the mezzanine. Fort Bend County L.I.D. No. 14 Emergency Control Room, Sugar Land, Texas - A CMU wall/concrete deck emergency control room, a CMU masonry fence supporting a galvanized steel tube grate to protect the generator from falling hurricane debris and to add masonry to the existing control room. Fort Bend Community Center, Ft. Bend County, Texas One story 15,000 SF community center.

Texas A&M Research Building, College Station A 70,000 SF three story/one story research building. The structure has a single story section that is for the Engineering Research Building. The building also has a two story section for office and labs. George Memorial Library Renovation, Richmond, Texas - A tensile structure and storage building addition to existing library. Patterson Elementary School, Houston, Texas Two-story 98,724 SF replacement for an existing school building with a student capacity of 946 students. LEED certified. Landtrip Elementary School, Houston, Texas A one story CMU with bar joist roof elementary school, approximately 79,839 SF. The project included renovations of a one story 6,500 SF existing structure, flagpoles, play ground equipment foundations, entry signs, pavilion structure, and play area slab.

Building C Mirror Image Repeat: Type IIIA wood frame central building (identical mirror image repeat of Phase I with townhouses repeated from Phase I) with a total of 614 beds. Building B: Type 1 eight (8) story midrise building with townhouses that have a total of 1,886 beds. Construction for the eight (8) story is load bearing studs and metal deck. Building B: Garage has 8 levels and 1,260 spaces. Seven (7) levels of parking and 8th level is amenity with a swimming pool. Texas A&M Highrise 717 University, College Station, Texas 17-story student housing development with 474 bedrooms (172 units). This is the tallest building in College Station. Townhomes on Marion Pugh, College Station, Texas A 273,600 SF wood frame student housing project with 160 units (460 beds). University of Texas, Arlington, Texas Four-story wood frame residential building with 128 unit (488 bed) a 6,302 SF community center for a total of 190,061 SF and a two level 458 car parking structure. UTSA Student Housing, San Antonio, Texas Three story wood frame buildings, 204 units with 792 Villas on Sycamore, Huntsville, Texas 85, two story wood framed buildings with a total 680 beds, a 7,750 SF community center, and maintenance buildings.

Mixed-Use Residential High-Rise Arabella, Houston, Texas Thirty-five story high rise residential project with 115 units. Residential, amenities, etc is 354,634 SF, parking garage is 139,148 SF. The structural system is flat plate post tension concrete construction. Montrose, Houston, Texas A thirty-one (31) story residential building with 306 apartment units and 447 garage parking spaces. The total project area of 584,667 SF. The structural system is flat plate post tension concrete construction. Astoria, Houston, Texas Twenty-seven (27) story residential tower, visitor parking on the first two levels, levels 2-7 are parking, level 8 is pool deck and levels 9-27 are residential units. The structural system is cast-in-place post tensioned concrete construction. Marlowe Tower, Houston, Texas A twenty story, 100 unit residential tower with 251,257 GSF. Structural system is flat plate post tension concrete construction Hanover Southampton, Houston, Texas Twelve story 205 unit residential project, a total construction area of 363,792 SF. Parking is located on two levels below grade plus on levels 1 and 2 for a total of 336 spaces. The structural system is cast-in-place post tensioned concrete. Post Oak, Houston, Texas A twenty-nine (29) story residential building with 348 apartment units and a seven level parking garage with 550 spaces. The total project area of 683,807 SF. The residential tower area is approximately 434,302 SF. The parking garage area is 236,160 SF. The structural system is type 1 construction.

Mixed-Use Residential High-Rise Market Square, Houston, Texas A thirty two (32) story concrete residential tower. The tower has 274 units and sits on top of an 8-story enclosed garage podium with a total of 645,128 GSF. Munoz Albin The Southmore, Houston, Texas Residential project approximately 290,292 square feet of net rentable space for 255 units. The twenty-five story concrete structure includes seventeen levels of residential units, a pool deck level, six levels of parking above grade with the ground level for leasing/amenities, lobby, storage, parking, business center/cafe, etc. Upon completion will be LEED Certified. Hotel Zaza Memorial City, Houston, Texas Seventeen story, 486,250 SF hotel with 159 guest rooms, and 10,000 SF of event and meeting spaces for up to 300 people. The hotel also has 130 apartment units. Amenities will include two outdoor pools, a spa and restaurant lounge. The hotel will overlook a green space, which will be used for live music and festivals. Gables West Creek, Houston, Texas Two fourteen (14) story high towers connected by the bottom five levels of continuous parking for a total of 561 parking spaces. Project has 293 units and a total of 695,271 GSF. Catalyst, Houston, Texas A twenty-nine (29) story residential tower with an eight (8) level parking garage and a five (5) story residential wrap. The structural frame is cast-in-place concrete with post-tensioned flat plate floors and reinforced concrete shear walls over a drilled pier foundation. Cirque, Victory Park, Dallas, Texas A twenty-eight (28) Story residential tower with 252 units, a seven (7) level parking garage with 378 parking spaces of 167,539 SF. Katy Station, Victory Park, Dallas, Texas Twenty-nine (29) story residential building with 470 units. The project includes a six level plus one level below grade parking garage for approximately 650 cars. The total project area is 714,721 GSF. Structural system for the residential tower is tunnel form concrete (Outinord). The parking garage is flat plate post tension concrete. Ashton Place, Dallas, Texas A twenty (20) story flat plate post-tension high-rise with approximately 640,578 GSF. Floors 1-5 are parking with 521 spaces. Floors 6-20 are residential with 253 units. 1900 McKinney, Dallas, Texas Twenty-seven (27) floor multi-family residential high-rise apartment project of 229 units, balconies and common area. The project also includes a parking structure, retail, commercial, leasing and recreational facilities. 1900 McKinney was the first multi-family development in Dallas to receive LEED Certification. Preston Hollow Village, Dallas, Texas Three - eight (8) story residential buildings currently under construction with 507 residential units totaling 580,302 SF that will have 23,228 SF of ground floor retail. Hines WaterWall Place, Houston, Texas A 316,287 SF, seven (7) story residential building with 322 luxury units, the steel-framed WaterWall Place forms a U shape surrounding a grand courtyard space. The project has a 7.5-level, 518-car parking garage. LEED Silver Certified Rice Village, Houston, Texas A 373 unit mix use residential project with a total construction area of 631,231 SF. Camden Lamar Heights, Austin,Texas Five (5) story, 327 unit, wood frame residential building over a podium slab with a level below. Parking structure is 6.5 levels with 525 spaces. The Millennium Kirby, Houston, Texas A five (5) story, 372 unit wood frame residential building with 364,300 SF. Project includes a 5.5 level 572 space parking garage. Gables McKinney & Roth, Dallas, Texas The mixed use residential project has 222 apartment units and 19 townhomes. The townhomes are located above a 2 1/2 level parking garage with a total of 542 spaces. The tower is six (6) levels of residential with a plaza deck above Whole Foods. Total of 538,242 GSF.

Cast-in-place flat plate post tensioned concrete and conventional reinforced walls and slab construction. AVIA Hotel The Woodlands, Texas A five (5) story post tensioned concrete hotel with 86,800 SF. Courtyard by Marriott Convention Hotel, El Paso, Texas A nine (9) story, 151 room hotel with a 107 spot parking garage, several large ballrooms for conventions, rooftop swimming pool and restaurant/bar.
