RULES The fundamental objective of the Terra Riviera AC Association is to achieve a harmonious coexistence between people of fractionation and seek to conserve and permanently improve your fitness, in all aspects, committing partners to make our effort and cooperation to achieve this. The Board shall have the powers and duties: a) Enforce the decisions taken by the General Assembly as well as the duties and obligations under the law in this area and this Charter b) The Associaciation shall have the rights obligations under the terms of the Civil Code for the State of Nayarit and its correlative the Federal District Civil Code and Charter c) The General Assembly and the Board may establish penalties when partners do not fulfill provisions in the Constitutive Act and this regulation. Based on the provisions of the Edict of Police and Good Government of the Municipality of Bahía de Banderas, the Law of Traffic and Transportation of the State of Nayarit, the rules of Clean the Bay of Banderas Municipality of Law and Human Settlements Urban Development and the state of Nayarit decisions taken by the General Assembly of the obligations arising settlers: 1.- Common areas will go to use it for inherently theirs. 2.- No owner, lessee or third personal gain leverage in the common areas. 3.- You may not install tables, chairs, vintages and other objects in the common areas unless authorized by the Board and in his case would be for a very short time 4.- Are prohibited from posting or exploit areas against any particular property sales or business. 5.- The owners of lots in case of building party respected dwellings existing in both lateral and posterior

By agreement of Assembly held on December 6 th, 2009, will remain the original colors on walls, with which gave the developer, which are listed below:
