I look forward to working with you in completing this purchase. I have completed over 100 deals in the last 8 years, and currently own and operate over 500 units including 36 units in Pawtucket. I have permitted and redeveloped many properties and I like the potential with this building, although obviously there are some challenges to complete the project and a lack of onsite parking that reduces its potential. With these considerations in mind, I am making the following offer to purchase the property: Buyer: Dan Botwinik, his assignee or related affiliate Property: The building known as 396 Roosevelt, Central Falls RI and all easements, leases and rights appurtenant to the property. Purchase Price: $310,000 Deposit: $1,000 upon acceptance of these terms to bind this offer, and $9,000 provided upon execution of a purchase and sale agreement as a refundable deposit. The balance of $300,000 will be brought to closing.
