Key Insights Residential launches across North & East cities of the country witnessed an increase of 58% over the previous month. While highest unit launches were witnessed in Noida and Kolkata, Gurgaon did not see any new launches during the month Noida made a strong comeback, reporting highest unit launches in the region during the month. Majority of the new launches in Noida were concentrated in Noida Extension and Greater Noida Prices remained range-bound in Gurgaon and Noida as compared to the preceding year.
