Promotional campaign The promotional activities we carried out focused mainly on acquiring of four groups of visitors, whose presence on the trade fair meant the most significant benefits for exhibitors: architects, representatives of general contractors and large general construction companies, investors and distributors of building materials (commercial chains, building wholesalers and building markets). During the last year we acquired bases among the above-mentioned groups amounting to the total of 70,000 records among which 19,000 records cover foreign companies from the following countries: Germany, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Romania, Slovakia, Bulgaria. In total, in our resources we currently hold databases of professionals of construction market amounting to over approximately 150,000 addresses. On addition, among the databases kept, we separated about 2,000 VIP Clients. They include key representatives of the main visitors groups who are treated with particular care and attention, and offered additional benefits (assistance in travel and accommodation arrangements, catering on the trade fair premises, invitation to business evening). The most promising foreign markets for our exhibitors are located in the east. Therefore, we concentrated major part of our activities there: we were acquiring databases of professionals, we facilitated visa formalities (for guests from Ukraine) and we cooperated with our agents as well as Departments of Investment Trade and Promotion of Embassies of Poland in the countries of Eastern Europe. We were reaching the key groups of visitors both directly through the BTL activities : telemarketing, e-mailing and mailshots informing of the trade fair and inviting to participate, magazine Budma NEWS (issue of 20,000 copies in three language versions Polish, English and Russian), as well as through chambers and associations and via media the national advertising campaign in professional press (cooperation with 22 specialised construction magazines), on Internet (cooperation with 19 trade portals), radio and televisions. We emitted 117,000 of complimentary invitations to visit the fair, which were distributed among potential visitors. Budma 2013 Intelligent architecture The next, twenty second edition of International Construction Fair Budma will be held from 29 January to 1 February 2013, under the slogan Construction of the Future Intelligent Architecture. ============================================================= The future of construction is the general use of ultramodern, energy efficient technologies and materials stemming from space laboratories. It also means intelligent systems of building design and control. One may argue whether buildings have their soul. However, their intelligence is increasing difficult to undermine. BUDMA 2013. Intelligent architecture.
