(APN): 2303-022-014 On August 24, 2012, and August 27, 2013, pursuant to Section 98.0402(e) of the Los Angeles Municipal Code ( L.A.M.C ), the Department of Building and Safety (the Department ) performed annual inspections on vehicle repair facilities located at. 7439 North Coldwater Canyon Avenue, Los Angeles, California (the Property ).
