We assisted our client in more than 100 individual unit sales and negotiated a note sale. Throughout the foreclosure process, we represented the Receiver in monthly Chancery Division hearings, which the Judge anointed as his most successful foreclosure matter. Represented receiver of a 750,000 SF suburban shopping center. During the course of the receivership we have assisted our client in the sale of outlots, and lease of shop spaces with national and local retail tenants. We have assisted in the implementation of a Special Service Area Agreement among the developer, the municipality and the Big Box owners of lots within the shopping center.
