Hotel Saba was re-platted in 2007, Plat Book 18, Page 2 a replat of lots 7, 8, and 9, Block 22, Rosemary Beach Phase 4. Unless other evidence is presented to the contrary, the requested plat is compliant with the development order, will meet the requirements of F. S. Chapter 177, the Walton County Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code, with the following conditions: a. The pedestrian path between the buildings are being removed from the Hotel Palmetto Plat. b. Recording fee of $30.00 for the first page and $15.00 for each additional page of the plat. Parcel: Future Land Use: Sewer and Water: Concurrency: 35-3S-18-16410-022-0070 Residential Preservation Florida Community Services aka Regional Utilities has certified by signing the final re-plat that potable water and sanitary sewer service is provided to this project. TECHNICAL REVIEW COMMITTEE FINDINGS Technical Review Committee: This final plat was approved by the Technical Review Committee on November 7, 2012, pending all comments being satisfied. Planning: This final plat is compliant with the approved Phase IV, Rosemary Beach and meets the minimum requirements of the Walton County Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code, and has been signed by the planning official, county surveyor and county engineer. Engineering: No outstanding comments. Environmental: No outstanding comments. Fire/Life Safety: Meets fire/life safety requirements, hydrants must be painted chrome yellow, per memorandum dated. 911-Addressor: No new address required and no comments received. County Surveyor: No outstanding comments. HISTORY Hotel Palmetto, previously known as Hotel Saba, is part of the Phase IV development of the Rosemary Beach Planned Unit Development. In accordance with the platted subdivision known as Rosemary Beach Phase 4, recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 18 and 18A, that Hotel Saba was developed consisting of a 58 room bed and breakfast that included a pool amenity and restaurant. On May 10, 2007, Hotel Saba at Rosemary Beach was recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 18 & 18A a re-plat of lots 7, 8 & 9, Block 22, Rosemary Beach Phase 4 from Book 13, Pages 18 & 18A.
