Cass & Claredale Halls of Residence Association Limited Cass and Claredale Halls of Residence Association Limited is a not-for-profit charitable Housing Association that provides affordable, secure accommodation to undergraduate and postgraduate students studying in London during term-time. During the summer vacation it provides visitor and internship accommodation on a commercial basis to support its primary aim. Our aim is to advance education by providing and managing accommodation for educational institutions and their students. Student accommodation in London can be expensive and is limited in its availability, to such an extent it inhibits the ability of some students to live and therefore study in London. The charity s core purpose is to provide support for those studying at educational institutions in London, in the form of affordable accommodation and to assist those delivering effective education, ensuring that the students residential experience and the cost of it, supports their academic life. Living in purpose built student accommodation is an integral part of the University experience as it enhances the acquisition of life skills and personal development, which is a very important aspect of the overall educational experience. The Association provides a secure environment for the advancement of this education.
