Further on intimation by United Oxygen of having received the approval of building plans as aforesaid, I/We hereby undertake to pay further monies along with the applicable taxes and sign and execute the necessary documents viz., regular Application Form, Confirmation Letter and other necessary agreement/documents, as and when required by United Oxygen within the stipulated time period. I/we hereby further agree that if I/we fail to make the necessary payments within 15 days' time as and when called upon by United Oxygen, then United Oxygen shall be entitled to reject my/our reservation and refund the money tendered herewith after deduction of 2% of the total sale consideration towards the administrative charges.
