Development within these districts will be reviewed to ensure compatibility with adjacent uses including such considerations as privacy, noise, lighting and design. 2. The office residential (OR-15, OR-18, OR-22, OR-30, OR-43) districts are intended to provide for residential and professional office development based upon consistency with the comprehensive plan and compatibility with adjacent land uses. It is intended that office developments within these districts will be of a higher standard in recognition of their residential setting.
