This level of involvement in equestrian activities coupled with the hands on care for their own horses and animals for over 30 years affords Randy considerable insight regarding the needs of horses and the daily lifestyle that horse owners are accustomed to. This experience can be seen in his planning and design for equestrian facilities and estates which are both attractive and efficient. Zaic & Associates offers architectural design and master planning services for equestrians, by an equestrian. an attractive facility. It was at that point he realized that his 34 years in architecture focusing on design oriented residential, hospitality and small scale commercial projects was a perfect adjunct to his knowledge and understanding of the needs and care of horses and the facilities that house them. Owners are often investing millions of dollars into their properties with little or no professional guidance. A poorly planned, unattractive facility is a poor investment, both from an operational as well as resale point of view. While on his many visits to existing equestrian facilities playing polo, foxhunting or going to horse shows with his family, Randy observed that many of the facilities, he visited were poorly laid out and unacttractive.
