COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS Application Fee* full fee is due at time of submittal Map amendment for properties less than ten (10) acres...$0 Map amendment for properties ten (10) acres in size or larger; Text Amendment.$750.00 Public Notice Fee* full fee will be invoiced to the applicant by the City after submittal for both the legal advertisement and the property owner notification. Contact the Planning Department at (321) 837-7778. *If this Comprehensive Plan Amendment is related to annexation, no application or public notice fee is required as well as the subsequent rezoning application under ten acres.
