Seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. 2. No refund will be made under any circumstances. 3. Seats are not transferable between individuals or between lectures. 4. Telephone reservation and cash are not accepted. 5. Please make cheques payable to The Hong Kong Institute of Architects. 6. Walk-in registrations will be accepted from 7:00pm. A proper seat in the lecture theatre might not be available for walk-in registrants. Only cash is accepted for walk-in registration. Walk-in registrants are advised to bring adequate loose change for expedient transaction. 7. Registrants are required to show their identification documents and HKIA membership cards (if any) at the lecture venue. HKIA reserves the right to refuse any persons from attending the lecture if no valid identification documents can be presented. 8. Only lecture enrolment forms and payment are accepted at the lecture venue. All other submissions are to be made at HKIA. 9.
