7 Don t Be Late!! Watch the mail this month for your 2013 membership renewal statements. Annual REALTOR membership renewals are payable January 1, 2013 and delinquent February 1, 2013. Invoices not paid by January 31, 2013, will result in membership being dropped and a new application fee of $220.00 will apply. Designated REALTOR (Qualifying Broker) renewals will be $595.00 and REALTOR (agent) renewals will be $470.00. To pay your renewal sign into Navica; go to Reports and Invoices and follow the prompts. We accept Visa, MasterCard and electronic check. If you would like to make payment arrangements, NOW IS THE TIME. Do not wait until January to try to make payment arrangements.
