Second annual Affiliate Council Gumbo Cook-off immediately following the membership meeting. Cost for the Gumbo Cook-Off is $10 for one person and $15 for a couple. 2 Deeds and Notes Report of the Nominating Committee The nominating committee appointed by President in accordance with the Association By-Laws, has nominated one candidate for each available position on the Board of Directors for 2013. The Nominating Committee consisted of: Spence Monroe, Ginny Stopa,, Sharon Wright, Linda Brokaw and Mike Steward. Checks for phone numbers, email addresses, websites in Remarks. Agent will receive an automated notice from Navica. Agent will have 24 to 48 hours to correct before being fined. B) Agent Reported - using icon on listing. The listing company, listing agent and DeWayne are emailed a copy. Company has until the next day to correct before being fined. C) Agent Reported direct email to dewayne@baldwinrealtors.org. I normally email the listing agent and give them 2) PPIN A) Agent Reported using icon on listing. The listing company, listing agent and DeWayne are emailed a copy. B) Agent Reported direct email to dewayne@baldwinrealtors.org. 7 Don t Be Late!! Watch the mail this month for your 2013 membership renewal statements. Annual REALTOR membership renewals are payable January 1, 2013 and delinquent February 1, 2013. Invoices not paid by January 31, 2013, will result in membership being dropped and a new application fee of $220.00 will apply. Designated REALTOR (Qualifying Broker) renewals will be $595.00 and REALTOR (agent) renewals will be $470.00. To pay your renewal sign into Navica; go to Reports and Invoices and follow the prompts. We accept Visa, MasterCard and electronic check. If you would like to make payment arrangements, NOW IS THE TIME. Do not wait until January to try to make payment arrangements.
