The effect of the application is to create a new lot having frontage on Marysfield Drive of approximately 34.49 metres (113.16 feet), a depth of approximately 120.40 metres (395.01 feet) and an area of approximately 0.395 hectares (0.98 acres). The proposed severed lot has frontage on Bramalea Road of approximately 60 metres (196.85 feet), a depth of approximately 89 metres (292 feet) and an area of approximately 0.5 hectares (1.24 acres). It is proposed that the new lot be used for residential purposes (six storey apartment building). To permit a Private School to operate from Unit 10, (proposing a maximum gross floor area of 125.4 square metres (1,350 square feet)) whereas the by-law does not permit a Private School. Note: Approval was granted under application A17-157 to permit a Private School limiting the gross floor area to 102.2 square metres (1,100 square feet). To permit a trailer to be stored in the front yard (driveway) whereas the by-law does not permit trailers in the front yard, including the part of the driveway therein; 2.
