The proposed severed lot has frontage on Bramalea Road of approximately 60 metres (196.85 feet), a depth of approximately 89 metres (292 feet) and an area of approximately 0.5 hectares (1.24 acres). To permit an industrial use involving the storage of goods (trucks and truck trailers) in the open together with an accessory office whereas the by-law does not permit the use; 2. To permit a fence in the front yard whereas the by-law does not permit fencing in the front yard; 4. To permit an addition to a detached garage of 11.62 sq. m (125.08 sq. ft.), resulting in a detached garage having a total gross floor area of 60.0 sq. m (645.83 sq. ft.), whereas the by-law permits a detached garage to a maximum size of 48 sq. m (516.67 sq. ft.).
