Don't make your vehicle a target. We have a lot of kids walking by our community in the mornings and evenings and some have been spotted walking into the community pulling on car doors. If you see this please call the police and report it. AGAIN LOCK YOUR CAR DOORS!!! KIDS ON PROPERTY We have been having kids actively coming on property that do not belong here. If you observe any illegal activity, one or groups kids walking on property that should not be here, please call the Hillsborough county non-emergency number and report what you see. Let s work together on keeping our community safe. Eagle Palm Painting Notice! Dear Eagle Palm Residents, We will continue Pressure washing and painting the exterior of Phase I units in; July, 2018 Elite will begin pressure cleaning using high pressure, after cleaning the painting will commence. Please place this notice on dash of car and park in the visitor parking at the mailboxes or at the clubhouse if your car needs to be moved for the painters to paint the building. Please return vehicle(s) to designated spaces no later than 8:00PM. Please remove ALL items from the balconies and patios. Please do not return items until the painting is completed. Please ensure any electronics or items that could potentially be damaged are moved away from the windows inside your home. If windows are not properly sealed there is a possibility that water may enter through loose cracks. Please remove your vehicle from areas where it could potentially get sprayed from water or paint. Do not touch newly painted areas. Elite Painting & Eagle Palms Association will not be responsible for any damage caused during this process if these instructions are not followed. July 28 th 2018 The Events Committee is proud to announce the Eagle Palms Community Garage Sale. Please get your garages ready for the end of July Community Garage Sale. We will have a Goodwill box truck on site for those that would like to donate. Donation Details: No Mattresses No Box Springs No Ripped, Torn or Stained Furniture Thank you!

Please pick up after your dog! We have noticed more dog poop being left on property. hazard and violates Eagle Palms rules. It is a health If you are found to be leaving dog poop on property, you will receive violations and can be fined up to $1000 each incident. NO SMOKING OR DRINKING AT THE POOL! We have noticed activities of smoking and drinking at the pool area. These activities are prohibited from the clubhouse and pool deck area. If found violating these rules at the pool area, you can and will be suspended from use of the pool area until further notice. Pool rules are posted at the front entrance of the pool and also inside the pool deck area. The following items will cause for immediate suspension of pool usage: All glass bottles Alcoholic beverages (Includes cans and cups) Cigars & Cigarettes Please be courteous to other guest at the pool and refrain from foul languages and rough housing while others are relaxing. We want guest and residents to enjoy the pool but please be respectful to others while using the Eagle Palms amenities.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE Trimming bushes and shrubs in center area of phase I completed. Entry Gates Repairs for phases I & II completed. Painting/Waterproofing of buildings in phases I & II is still on going. Stucco repairs in phase I & II is still on going. Sealing cracks in phase I still on going. Replacement of light fixtures in phase II still on going. UPCOMMING PROPERY MAINTENANCE Replacement of light fixtures in phase I starting soon. ON-SITE PROPERTY MANAGER Condominium Management's staff member responsible for Eagle Palms, Ronny Dunner, is on-site in the Clubhouse Monday through Friday between 9AM and 5PM.
