The four LWK projects which garnered awards at the Quality Building Award 2016, a gathering of top professionals in the industry, are the Chengdu International Finance Square (IFS) which won the Grand Award in the Building Outside Hong Kong (Non-Residential) Category, two projects in Hong Kong - Mount One and The Court of Final Appeal, the former received the Merit Award in the Hong Kong Residential (Single Building) Category and the later received the Merit Award in the Hong Kong Building (Renovation / Revitalization) Category, and The Amethyst, Shanghai was presented a Certificate of Finalist in the Building Outside Hong Kong (Residential) Category. LWK was the Heritage Consultant of The Court of Final Appeal and Project Architect of the three other buildings.
