If you cannot appear for an agenda item, you must notify Planning and Development by Thursday, 12:00 (noon), one day prior to the meeting date. If you do not contact Planning and Development by this time, you will not be eligible to appear on the subsequent agenda. Two subsequent continuances are allowed. Projects continued to a future meeting will be agendized by Hearing Support staff per the direction of the planner. It is not guaranteed that projects will be placed on the next meeting s agenda. The site is located southwest of the City of Lompoc near the intersection of San Miguelito Road and Sudden Road in the city of Lompoc in the unincorporated territory of Santa Barbara County in the Third and Fourth Supervisorial Districts. Consider formalizing the walking path and putting in a 4 foot tall fence close to the walking path, fence should be 4 feet from the top of curb (top of curb is at 599.5), resulting in a fence with an elevation of 603.5 at top d. New fencing should match the existing 6 foot fence in color and material, and should be solid e. There should be a minimum of 20 container plants and no more than 25% of them shall be 1 gallon, the remainder shall be 5 gallon or larger f. Stepped/non-continuous fencing is acceptable provided the individual sections overlap sufficiently to block headlights g. A 6 inch gap at the bottom of the fence is acceptable h.
