The unit receiving subsidy must share the same funding program type as the currently subsidized unit and have a status of out of management (OOM). Once you have finished however, the number of subsidized units will display in the Blocks/Unit panel correctly. Click Finish. Change Unit Designation Once completed, a task is created for BC Housing to accept or reject the transfer. Must complete by resolving the task. Only referring to units under the Homes BC program. If a request is to change a unit status without switching with another unit, must make sure the mix is not out of balance, if it will alter the balance, all changes must be approved by BC Housing in order to proceed.
