General Information Leasing Office The leasing office location is 4805 Fox Valley Drive, which is the Clubhouse at the nearby Foxwood Apartment Homes. The Lease I-94 ON U.S. 131 The Hermitage offers an initial 3-month lease along with a 12- or 6-month lease option. Security deposit and administrative fee are due at the time of move-in. From Northbound US-131 Exit at Centre Street. Go west to the first road, 12th Street. Turn north on 12th Street to entrance. From Southbound US-131 Exit at Stadium Drive East. Go to the first light, Drake Road. Turn south on Drake Road to Parkview. Go west on Parkview, over US-131. The first street is 12th Street. Turn south on 12th Street to entrance. From Westbound I-94 Exit at Oakland Drive. Go south to Milham Road. Turn west on Milham road to 12th Street, a roundabout. Go north on 12th Street to entrance. From Eastbound I-94 Exit at 9th Street. Go north on 9th to N Avenue. Turn east on N Avenue. Turn south on ON Avenue. Turn north on 12th Street to entrance. Reserving A processing fee and completed application will reserve a townhome, or establish a position on the wait list for a future date. Of course, all rentals are subject to availability. No other monies are due until the day of move-in. Utilities The Hermitage at Foxwood pays the cost of water, sewer and refuse service. Cable Television Dish Network is offered. Local broadcast channels are provided at no charge. Pool & Clubhouse The pool and clubhouse at Foxwood Apartments are both available for use by residents of The Hermitage.
